Booking Policy
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the per-pilgrim advance and the required documents. Prices are per pilgrim on a quad-sharing basis unless stated otherwise on the package, and remain subject to availability of flights, hotels and visas at the time of confirmation.
2. Payments
The balance amount is payable before visa processing begins, through bank transfer or any payment method confirmed by our team in writing. All payments must be made in the name of Majidya Tour & Travels — we are not responsible for payments made to any individual.
3. Documents
Travellers must provide a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, recent white-background photographs and completed KYC details. Any delay or rejection arising from incorrect or incomplete documents is the traveller's responsibility.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Visa fees, booking fees and any amounts already paid to airlines or hotels are non-refundable.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the terms of the concerned airline and hotel at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable banking timeline.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Departure dates, hotels and itineraries may change due to airline schedules, visa timelines or circumstances beyond our control. We will always inform you promptly and provide an equivalent or better alternative wherever possible.
6. Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are expected to follow the guidance of the accompanying Mutawwif and local laws of the country of travel. Majidya Tour & Travels is not liable for losses arising from a traveller's personal actions, health conditions not disclosed in advance, or force-majeure events.
